January's Tip Comp - Week 2

Week two of this month's competition. It feels so cold this week that the flame on my lighter froze. I'm trying to fill some space as I can't think of anything interesting to say. You all know where that quote come from, hey? Not too much happening last Saturday with HCE (15pts) and Rawnsley (3.8pts) getting points on the board. Plenty of race meeting to choose from even action from Meydan if you fancy something a little more exotic.
