February's Tip Comp - Week 3

Week three of four - a relatively short month. Not much happening so far with Longbow finding a winner (4.5pts), while Bird found a nice place (not a fish)to put 3pts in his satchel. Winter still leads on 7pts from his unforgettable first-week win(I did forget it until Alan reminded me). Plenty of meetings to choose from so I'm hopeful someone, somewhere can find a juicy winner.
